The recording features an excellent discussion of how to submit comments to FATF concerning its upcoming revision to its Interpretive Note to Recommendation 8 and the public consultation it has opened to gather input from nonprofit organizations.
Vanja Skoric of the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law outlined the upcoming process. The webinar was moderated by Lia van Broekhoven of the Human Security Collective and was co-sponsored by the Global NPO Coalition on FATF.
