*John Byrne, Esq.

Mr. Byrne is an internationally known regulatory and legislative attorney, and one of the leading AML community voices for over 35 years. He has particular expertise in regulatory oversight, policy and governance, anti-money laundering (AML), privacy and terrorist financing. Currently John is Vice Chairman of AML RightSource and leads his own consulting firm. He is the former Executive Vice President of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), is also an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government.

*Andrea Hall, Esq.

Ms. Hall is Policy Counsel at the Charity & Security Network. She has extensive experience as as writer and editor, primarily of regulatory compliance publications. She is a co-author of C&SN’s report “Financial Access for U.S. Nonprofits,” and engages with Congress, Treasury and other stakeholders on banking issues for NPOs. In addition, she monitors and reports on security-related developments impacting nonprofits, conducts research and provides analysis on relevant issues, and crafts messaging to achieve policy goals.
